Easylease is an equipment leasing and financing company.
Kenneth Mirsky was looking for a user-friendly CRM to use for his leasing business that would allow him to track leads, appointments and contact interactions in real time from one dashboard.
Prior to our involvement, Kenneth was managing all of his contacts and appointments in Outlook.
A challenge he was facing was that his primary email and calendar were managed in one account, while his contact list was managed in another email account with a separate domain.
He needed a way to streamline and automate his business processes.
We decided to go with Pipedrive as a CRM because the integration for email, calendars and contacts allowed us to connect his two different email accounts into one, to manage all his data in one place.
This created a much more efficient system for him to manage all his contacts and appointments in one place, allowing him to focus on other important areas of his business.
